New Stuff Coming Soon!
We have been pretty quiet recently what with getting UKT official
and finally sorting out some distribution with the good people over
at BOOMBOX, but rest assured we will have some fresh new
releases for you.
The next two new releases (due by end of the year) are solo
efforts from Mr Brown and Silk Kuts. Each have been develpoing
their own scratch/battle records each with very different styles,
Silk Kuts' record will be aimed at the battle DJ with so many
crazy beats and samples you won't know which bits to use
first, where as Mr Browns' is aimed at the more compositional
tablists and sampling producers.

Mr Brown has gone Loopy
A new video by Mr Brown is now available in the Media
section for download. This video is part of a project he is
currently working on, mixing improvised compositions and video
to form complete songs each with their own video.
Whether or not this is to be sold as a DVD or made as
a free promo much like "Count 2:10" is yet to be decided,
either way it will be available in some form so keep your eyes
peeled.

UKTmusic welcomes The Beatnik
The first new artist to be proudly added to the UKT roster
is fresh new beatmaker The Beatnik. right now he's currently
working on various projects including some live stuff, so
expect alot of good music to come soon.

Also hot off the heels of their first collab release the free ep
Count 2:10 he and Mr Brown are working on a full length
instrumental project to follow up with beats form each of them
and beats they have crafted as a duo.

As a little taster and heads up of what to expect from the
recent partnership between Mr Brown and fellow beatsmith
The Beatnik, they are laying on a 9 track instrumental EP of
original material as a FREE DOWNLOAD! inc cover art.

UKTurntablist has now become UKTmusic ltd.
Hoping to expand and release alot more music UKT is now
fully "legit", i won't bore you with the details but this will enable
UKT and it's artists to grow, release more quality music
and reach alot more people..........so keep your ears peeled.

HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ALL from UKT
07 has started off pretty well for us as we have now sold out
of "kutters choice" and "phonorchestra" which means sadly the
special UKT 4 pack offer has expired, but don't worry we still
have plenty of copies of "Cruel Transitions" and "VinylStyle"
available and at a new lower price so be sure to check

Quick update about "Cruel Transitions"
Apologies for the delay in getting this record out, we had some
problems with the pressing plant and have had to go to another
company, but rest assured that it is being pressed as i write this
and will be available to buy in the next few weeks.

UKT's Silk Kuts and 2005 UK DMC Champ Dj Muzzell
are now in the process of finishing up their first collaboration
named "Cruel Transitions".

Crammed with so many different styles this record is
a battle dj's dream, with an infinate number of possible juggles
and routines right at their finger tips. Keep a look out for
audio clips and a release date soon.
